Job Description

Lead the development of control systems and design of control architecture, including algorithms, PLC Logics, cable/wire routing, control panels, hardware integration, HMI/SCADA integration, etc. while ensuring compliance with global quality and safety standardsMerge mechanical, electrical, control systems along with high level software (WCS, WES, FMS) to create cohesive and optimised solutions/productsOversee product development, simulation, digital twin and key project execution, including resource planning and timelines to support business strategyEvaluate, select and integrate different automation components (PLCs, sensors, vision, network hardware etc.) for product development, enhancement and cost optimisationDrive cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Manufacturing, Sales, Aftersales, and other teamsAnticipate market trends, customer needs and technological shifts to shape long term product strategyOversee documentation processes, including SOPs, design reviews, approvals, and product manualsImplement best practices in Agile and other R&D workflows to ensure transparency and traceabilityConduct performance reviews for team members and build succession plans with a view to create organisational capability and technical depth in teamEnsure compliance with relevant standards, including ISO and EMS, and oversee quality assurance

Leaders with 20+ years of overall experience a Exposure of PLC, Sensors, all types of Plcs and Sensors, along with Product Development of electrical autonomous moving parts/equipment and wiringStrong People Management Background Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Mechatronics)
