With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they aim to redefine the real estate landscape in the region.
**Experience**: 2-4 years of relevant experience
**Education**: Graduation in any specialization
**Salary** upto Rs.16000/
**Responsibilities**:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly, taking messages as needed.
Manage inquiries from clients, tenants, and vendors, providing accurate information and assistance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage calendars for executives and team members.
Assist in preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments, facilitating timely responses and resolutions.
Communicate effectively with clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Data Management:
Maintain and update records, databases, and files in an organized and systematic manner.
Assist in data entry tasks and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Proficiency in Google Sheets to manage spreadsheets and data effectively.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and other company activities.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
Graduation degree in any specialization.
2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
Presentable appearance and pleasant personality.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
**Salary**: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
