**Job Description - Receptionist / Front Desk Executive**

**Position Title**: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests/visitors promptly and courteously.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier/postal services.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records, employee attendance logs, and other front-office documentation.
- Support HR/Admin team with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures (visitor badges, access logs, etc.).
- Only Female Canidates
- Graduate / Diploma holder in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience as Receptionist / Front Office Executive / Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English, Hindi and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and telephone systems.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary**: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month, depending on experience and performance in the selection process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
