**Job Title: Receptionist cum Front Desk Officer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments; handle tele calling for follow-ups and service-related calls.
- Maintain daily records of visitor logs, call logs, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, bookings, and client interactions.
- Maintain and update customer information in Excel sheets and internal systems.
- Perform general administrative tasks like courier tracking, documentation, and filing.
- Assist the operations/support team in routine coordination and follow-up activities.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a receptionist/front desk/admin support role.
- **Proficiency in MS Office**, especially **Excel, Word, and Outlook**.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Bengali**.
- Pleasant personality with excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration or similar).
**Working Days & Timings**:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Salary**:
As per industry standards / Based on experience
