What You Will Do

Travel Management

 Arrangement for Pickup & Drop as and when required.

 Arranging ϐlight/train, Visa, Vehicle hotel bookings as requested by traveller.

 Receipt of invoice from vendor and checking with booking.

 Send the invoice to the Accounts team for entry.

HR SUPPPORT SERVICES

New Joiners Support

 Registering biometric.

 Ensuring infrastructure to be provided.

 Stationery Arrangement.  Welcome kit.

Guest & Front Desk Management:

 Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

 Ensure professional reception operations and seamless guest experience.

 Manage front office communications, calls, and general inquiries. Event management

 Playing active role in execution of organization events.
