What You Will Do
**Travel Management**
- Arrangement for Pickup & Drop as and when required.
- Arranging ϐlight/train, Visa, Vehicle hotel bookings as requested by traveller.
- Receipt of invoice from vendor and checking with booking.
- Send the invoice to the Accounts team for entry.
**HR SUPPPORT SERVICES**
New Joiners Support
- Registering biometric.
- Ensuring infrastructure to be provided.
- Stationery Arrangement. - Welcome kit.
**Guest & Front Desk Management**:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Ensure professional reception operations and seamless guest experience.
- Manage front office communications, calls, and general inquiries. Event management
- Playing active role in execution of organization events.
