Job Title: FinTech Expert

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Solution Development**: Identify opportunities for innovation within financial services and develop cutting-edge FinTech solutions to address these needs.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor FinTech initiatives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product development, IT, and marketing teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of FinTech products.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring FinTech solutions meet business and customer needs.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all FinTech solutions comply with current financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity and security of financial data.
- **Project Management**: Lead FinTech projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to internal teams on new FinTech tools and platforms, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the FinTech sector, with a strong portfolio of successful FinTech projects.
- Deep understanding of financial services, including banking operations, payment systems, and digital finance.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in programming languages and platforms relevant to FinTech.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 per month
