Role Overview:
The UI/UX Designer at LCX is a key architect in shaping the user experience in the digital currency trading landscape. This role demands a blend of creative flair and technical acumen, aimed at delivering intuitive and groundbreaking designs for our LCX product suite. Your contributions will directly influence our service offerings to both sophisticated professional traders and institutional clients in the crypto assets domain.

Core Responsibilities:

- Design Innovation: Lead and revolutionize the entire design lifecycle of LCX products, from ideation to deployment, ensuring a cohesive, user-centric, and aesthetically compelling experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage in dynamic collaboration with engineering, business development, and trading experts, transforming complex trading paradigms into accessible, user-focused design solutions.
- Strategic Design Execution: Employ a strategic approach to design, balancing innovative thinking with functional practicality, responsive to evolving market trends and user insights.
- Technological Mastery: Deploy advanced skills in leading UI/UX software and web technologies, crafting designs that are both visually striking and technically sound.
- User-Centric Methodology: Champion user-centered design principles, rigorously engaging in user research, usability testing, and iterative design to refine and enhance user interaction and experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design within the FinTech or digital trading sector.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and advanced SVG animation design.
- Fluency in English, with exemplary communication and presentation skills.

Desired Skills:

- Deep interest and understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and trading systems.
- Exceptional capability in typography, motion design, and visual storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-evolving technological and market changes.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
