**Tender cum Sales & Marketing Executive **required urgently

(For a Solar EPC Company)

Develop marketing implementation strategies and carry-out marketing initiatives to support rapid sales growth.

Must have hands on experience in tender filling (like prep. Of tender documents, online & offline, Govt., semi government tendering documentations)

Followup and contact customer for tender queries.

Must have the knowledge of Bid.

Lead creative efforts such as writing, designing, managing, and updating marketing collateral including producing articles, presentations, datasheets, press releases, newsletters, website, etc. and organize distribution of the same.

Prepare the cost benefit analysis and accordingly make business proposal.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, site engineers and project managers for project execution and its successful completion as per customer needs.

Ensure prompt follow -up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution, etc.

Keep abreast of government/corporate policies and guidelines on workplace safety, identification and mitigation of safety hazards, work procedures and guidelines for working at height.

Vendor Registration.

Eligibility Criteria:
- A. Qualification required:
- BE/B.Tech. (Electrical/Mechanical)

Min. 2 years of experience in sales & marketing in Solar Industry along with the tendering.

B. Skill Sets required:
- Technical skills like AutoCAD, PVsyst, SketchUp

Communication & Presentation skills

Negotiation skills

C. Networking and relationship management

D. Open to travel based on sales & marketing requirement.
