**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze tender documents including drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare competitive bids.
- Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals for PEB projects within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Projects, Procurement, etc.) to gather necessary inputs for proposal preparation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to clarify bid requirements and respond to queries.
- Conduct cost analysis and pricing of materials, fabrication, erection, and transportation for proposals.
- Monitor tender portals and track relevant project opportunities in the PEB segment.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, bid submission formats, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain tender database and assist in post-bid follow-ups and negotiations.
- Support the sales team in technical discussions and client presentations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) systems, structures, and fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of costing, estimation techniques, and tendering processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in tendering/estimation in the PEB or steel structures industry.
