**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**A.** **Job Brief**

1. Job Title : Tender Executive / Tender Officer

2. Department : Tendering

3. Hierarchy Level : Lower Middle Management

4. Gender Preference : Female / Male

5. Age Preference : 25 + Years

6. Salary Structure : Rs. 20000/- to Rs. 25000/- per month

7. Reporting to : Directors

**B.** **Profile**

1. Familiar with Tendering Process & with prior experience.

2. Familiar with Techno - Commercial Bids & Tenders of all departments in Government Sectors, Semi Government Sectors, Undertakings, Private Sectors etc.

3. To coordinate, prepare & compile bid submission documents related to tendering / bidding activities, tender questionnaires & pre-qualifications.

4. To coordinate with all involved departments relating to tendering / bidding activities.

5. To vet through incoming tenders & to note down tender due date, project details, tender start & end date for submission.

6. To collect tender information from various sources & online search. To monitor & ensure that tender submission due date are strictly adhered to including preparation of documents, checking, submissions with required font, logo format etc.

**C.** **Primary Responsibility**

1. Search the e-procurement sites for different state & divisions. Update the excel file contains important details regarding the tender.

2. Go through the technical & financial eligibility criteria of tender & discuss with the management / reporting authority to decide / finalize the opportunity of the tender.

3. To prepare the MOU & arrange for signatures of respective parties from time to time as & when required.

4. Should have the reporting skill.

**D.** **Qualification**

1. Basic : BE / B. Tech / B. Sc / B. Com

2. Professional : MBA shall be more preferred

**E.** **Experience**

1. Basic Experience : 3 Years & above in similar profile

2. Corporate Experience : 1 Year & above

**F.** **Behavioural & Technical Skills**

1. The ability for negotiation critical & timely tender inputs in a time frame.

2. Remain accountable throughout the entire tender process with multi-task.

3. Able to work under pressure within a tight time frame for tender submissions with full efficiency.

4. Creative knowledge & awareness of the work schedules.

5. Knowledge of segregation of tenders according to the division / location etc.

6. Overall pro-active approach & working such as validation of DSCs, Stamp papers & other required things for day to day working is expected for a hassle free working.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
