**Job Title**: Tender Executive

**Location**:Ambazari, Nagpur

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities-**
- Manage and coordinate the tender process, including researching tender opportunities, preparing tender documents and ensuring timely submission.
- Analyze tender requirements, identify key differentiators and develop strategies to enhance bid success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, legal) to gather information and inputs for tender responses.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and tender specifications.
- Develop and manage tender budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on tender outcomes, analyzing successes and areas for improvement.

**Portals -**

Must have experience of GEM portal

**Experience-**

Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management

**Skills-**
- Proven track record of successful tender submissions and wins.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with tender management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Desirable Qualifications-**
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
