**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify new tender opportunities in the market
- Prepare and submit accurate and compliant tenders, proposals, and quotations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources
- Prepare and maintain a tender management system to track progress and outcomes
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the tender submission process
- Manage communication and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Understand and comply with tendering procedures and regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
- Participate in tender evaluation and negotiation processes

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tender Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to gather, analyze, and present information professionally
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
