  • Daily downloading the tenders from portal and sending to Senior Project .
  • Handle all tender portals / sites of the Government (GEMS, IREPS and others) .
  • Preparation of tender documents as per tender requirements.
  • Reading the tender documents, as well as following the relevant procedures of tender compliance.
  • Daily checking the status of submitted Tenders, bid query on portals per tender.
  • Evaluating tender document, scope of work, project terms & conditions and other contract documents, pre tender and post tender clarification with client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, and project management, to gather relevant inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment in tender preparation.
  • Engage with clients during the tendering process to clarify technical requirements, address queries, and provide necessary information, fostering positive relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, including technical specifications, commercial terms, project schedules, and compliance matrices, adhering to tendering guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Education: BE/B.TECH Mechanical/Any Graduation

  2. Experience: 1+years' experience in tendering

  3. Documentation, Drafting, Excellent communication skills

4.Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
