Are you passionate about training and development in the dynamic world of business process outsourcing (BPO)? We're looking for a talented individual as a **BPO Process Trainer** in Gurgaon, India

As a BPO Process Trainer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our team is equipped with the training they need to excel in their roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for various BPO processes.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to enhance performance and professional development.
- Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content is aligned with business objectives and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a BPO training role, with a strong understanding of BPO processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and training evaluation methodologies
