**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on food processing techniques, hygiene, quality control, machinery handling, and packaging.
- Develop and deliver training content as per NSQF / SSC or project curriculum standards.
- Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance, assessments, and progress reports for batches.
- Ensure hands-on training and field exposure where applicable.
- Stay updated with current trends, government schemes, and innovations in food processing.
- Coordinate with project teams and local stakeholders to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards during sessions.

**Eligibility Criteria:Qualification (Any of the following)**:

- **B.Sc** in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Processing
- **B.Tech / B.E.** in Food Technology / Food Engineering
- **M.Sc / M.Tech / M.E.** in Food Technology / Food Engineering

**Experience**:

- Minimum **3-4 years of relevant experience** in food processing industry or sector.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and quality norms.
- Local language proficiency (Hindi and regional dialects of MP/Bihar).
- Willingness to travel locally for training and mobilization.
- Digital proficiency for report submission and online session delivery.

**Remuneration**:
As per industry standards and experience.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
