**Job Title: Appointment Generation Executive - B2B Domain**

**Location: Pune - Viman Nagar]**
**Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as Appointment Generation Executive (AGE) or Business Development Executive (BDE) in B2B domain**
**Work Mode: WFO**
**Shift Timing: Night Shifts**
**Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred**
**CTC: As per industry standards**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in the **B2B segment**.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company’s products/services.
- Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly **lead generation and appointment targets**.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Track and report outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **2+ years** of experience as an Appointment Generation Executive or Business Development Executive in **B2B Sales / Lead Generation**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Europe/Middle East) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹52,703.33 per month
