1. Place phone calls to potential freelancers from our database

2. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of the sales program

3. Answer potential freelancers’ questions about freelancing projects and income goals

4. Generate between 50-60 profiles through freelancers every day.

5. Maintain good relationships with all the freelancers

6. Train other telemarketers when required

7. Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to your manager

8. Refer freelancer's problems and issues to the manager for quality control

9. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential freelancers at all times

**Skills / attributes required**:

- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in using CRM
- Strong project and time management skills

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
