**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop **new business opportunities** in the **metal fabrication, prefabricated structures, and furniture markets**.
- Build and maintain **relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and industrial clients**.
- Develop and execute **strategic sales plans** to achieve company revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to analyze **industry trends, competitors, and customer needs**.
- Work closely with the **design and production team** to customize solutions for clients.
- Negotiate and close **B2B sales deals** for bulk orders and long-term collaborations.
- Represent the company at **trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events**.
- Prepare and deliver **presentations, proposals, and sales reports**.
- Manage and optimize **digital sales channels** to enhance outreach and lead generation.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- **2-5 years of experience** in **sales, business development, or marketing of metal products**.
- Knowledge of **metal fabrication, modular structures, or industrial products** is preferred.
- Strong understanding of **B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management**.
- Proficiency in **CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
- Ability to **travel for client meetings and industry events** when required.
