**Role: Responsible for driving sales and managing business growth within Uttar Pradesh.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities within the territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within the territory.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
**Language**:
- English (preferred)

- 25% (preferred)
