The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing office supplies, and supporting the team to maintain a productive and organized work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Office Management**
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for office needs and repairs.
**Administrative Support**
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
**Employee Coordination**
- Assist HR with onboarding new employees.
- Maintain attendance records and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Record-Keeping**
- Maintain filing systems for documents and records.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Communication & Liaison**
- Serve as the point of contact between departments and external stakeholders.
- Address employee queries and office-related concerns.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in office administration or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
