GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH MUST
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Office Support**:
- Greet visitors and clients, providing them with professional and courteous assistance.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain and update company databases, files, and records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Handle data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external communications.
- Ensure that all communications are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Utilize strong English-speaking skills to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
- **Support to Management**:
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as directed by supervisors.
- **Office Coordination**:
- Help in coordinating office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient office operations.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position.
