Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and other company activities.
- Support in the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
- Perform data entry and update relevant databases to ensure accuracy.
- Provide assistance with procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
- Facilitate communication between departments to streamline workflows.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in coordinating projects or events.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and record-keeping.
Pay: ₹14,223.61 - ₹19,881.96 per month
