**Roles & Responsibilities - Administrative Assistant**
- **Office Administration & Coordination**:

- Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- **Documentation & Record Management**:

- Prepare, organize, and manage company documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate filing systems—both physical and digital—for easy retrieval.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- **Scheduling & Communication Support**:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management.
- Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
- **Travel & Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries for employees and management.
- **Financial & Administrative Support**:

- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expense tracking, and reimbursements.
- Support HR and Finance teams with documentation, timesheets, and attendance reports.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:

- Enter and maintain data in company systems or spreadsheets accurately.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations as required by management.
- **Customer & Visitor Management**:

- Welcome visitors and manage front-desk activities when needed.
- **Compliance & Policy Adherence**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, administrative procedures, and safety standards.
- Support internal audits and compliance-related documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
