**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily administrative activities and office operations.
- Business Development.
- Calling to potential clients
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing and filing tenders and other project documentation.
- Update and manage CRM systems regularly and accurately.
- Support management in day-to-day operational tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working in an architecture, engineering, or related field will be a plus.
