**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable **gold and diamond jewellery** products.
- Share photos, product videos, pricing, and promotional offers to facilitate sales.
- Maintain product knowledge, especially regarding jewellery specifications, certifications, pricing, and trends.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team for product availability and timely deliveries.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support, including resolving issues related to delivery, customisation, or returns.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and online jewellery trends.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in online sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
- Strong knowledge of **gold and diamond jewellery** (cuts, clarity, carats, hallmark, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Customer-oriented attitude with sales acumen.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced online sales environment.
- Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or certification in jewellery or fashion is a plus.

**Working Days & Hours**:

- 6 days a week.
- Flexible availability during weekends and festive seasons is preferred.
- 3 shifts available, need to be flexible.
- 9 hours of duty per day.
