We are seeking a sharp and persuasive **Sales Executive** with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. This role demands strong client handling skills, the ability to convert leads, maintain vendor relationships, and consistently grow existing business. If you're goal-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to have you on board.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in key sectors: F&B, hospitality, healthcare, and facilities
- Promote and sell packing solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and maximize conversion from existing leads
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the current client base
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and client database
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably B2B and in a high-energy environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to **convince clients and close deals**:

- Ability to manage client accounts and vendor coordination efficiently
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sustainable solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting is a plus
