**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and confirm **appointments with overseas clients** for product demos, negotiations, or business discussions.
- Identify and sign up with **transport/logistics companies** to support order fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate **appointment setting for sales of tyres, oil, batteries, and related products**.
- Maintain updated client records in the CRM and ensure accurate tracking of all communications and sales activities.
- Assist in **contract negotiations**, pricing discussions, and order confirmation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, and accounts) to ensure smooth client onboarding and order processing.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to contribute to sales strategy improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **sales, telemarketing, or customer relationship management**, preferably with international exposure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and online communication tools.
- Self-driven, persuasive, and confident in reaching out to new clients.
- Knowledge of **automotive consumables** (tyres, oils, batteries) and/or the logistics industry is an advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar online sales or export sales role.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially for overseas communication.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
