JOB DETAILS
1) Own the services relationship & is responsible for understanding the customers business needs as well as direction in order to help them quantify achieve their business
2) Conduct face to face calls with customers as well as prospects provides effective presentations/ written proposals to clients
3) Cold calling 60- 80 calls on daily bases and generating leads
4) Provide services management team with accurate as well as timely reporting of activities including weekly plus monthly sales forecasts the status of the pipeline results of prospecting activities
5) Lead the sales to service transition process for all closed opportunities including leading the customer transition call to make sure the project manager as well as customer are aligned on the deliverables expectation.
