Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Support Executive located in Hyderabad. The Sales Support Executive will provide administrative support and assistance to the sales team while also interacting with customers. The role includes processing orders, managing customer inquiries, creating reports, and coordinating with other departments. Work from home can be acceptable on occasional basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Administrative support and customer service skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales support tools such as MS Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
- Prior experience in sales support or customer service is preferred

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
