**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing and Sales Executive at INCARVED INTERIO PRIVATE LIMITED/FOID, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by effectively promoting our interior design services, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company. This role involves a combination of marketing strategy, sales outreach, and in-depth knowledge of interior materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the interior design industry.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, trade shows, and online platforms.
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase the company's portfolio and demonstrate how our services can meet clients' needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while consistently seeking ways to upsell additional services.
- Conduct tours of our design studio to potential clients, providing insights into our design process, showcasing materials, and discussing previous successful projects.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior materials, finishes, and furnishings, guiding clients through the selection process with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Ensure the studio environment is well-maintained and represents the company's commitment to quality and creativity.
- Work closely with the design team to stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and design techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into actionable design concepts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to the design and implementation phases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within interior design or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for design and aesthetics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
