**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Maintain regular communication to provide relevant information and support.
- Develop a deep understanding of the educational products and services offered by the company. Stay updated on industry trends, curriculum requirements, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and bids in response to customer inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to create customized solutions when necessary.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with customers to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, generate regular reports to track sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. Serve as a point of contact for ongoing support and assistance.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the education market, including changes in curriculum, government policies, and emerging trends. Provide feedback and recommendations to the company for product enhancement and market expansion.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics set by the company. Continuously strive to increase market share and expand our customer base.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of educational products, curriculum requirements, and industry trends
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
