We are looking for an enthusiastic Tender Executive to contribute for our company.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Identify and summarize tender opportunities for senior management
- Prepare all documents related to a tender and successfully submit bids
- Coordinate with the Sales team to arrive at pricing and coordinate with the finance team to submit DD, BG, etc.
- Ensure all documentation during the execution of a tender, e.g., invoices, warranty documents, etc. are submitted in a timely manner Track tender progress, coordinate with authorities, and ensure payments are released in a timely manner
- Weekly Reporting on the progress of Tenders through Tenders status reports.

**Experience**:3-5 years

**Qualification**:Any graduate

**Skills**:

- 3-5 years of experience in working on Tendering and Contracting activities
- Experience in Solar, Oil and Gas, Energy, Power, Infrastructure is preferred
- Comfort with moderate travelling as necessary
- Prior Experience in dealing with public/private clients is an added advantage.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary/team co-ordination to meet the client requirements and preparation of required techno commercial proposals. Proficient in MS Office
- Proven Ability to independently review and evaluate tenders.
- Appropriate networking with state nodal agencies and MNRE for processing and availing of subsidy involved.
- Cost analysis and bidding for projects/Tenders.
- Excellent Communication Skills
