Tender Executive (GeM and Non-Government Portals)

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Identification and Analysis:
Monitor GeM portal and other tender platforms for relevant business opportunities.
Evaluate tender requirements and eligibility criteria.
Analyze terms, conditions, and feasibility for participation.
Documentation and Proposal Preparation:
Prepare and upload bids/tenders as per prescribed formats.
Ensure all technical, financial, and legal documents are complete and accurate.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, finance, operations) for necessary inputs.
Portal Management:
Maintain updated vendor profiles on the GeM portal and other tender portals.
Handle registrations, renewals, and compliance-related tasks.
Track status and updates on submitted tenders.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to tender regulations and organizational policies.
Prepare MIS reports to track tender submissions, outcomes, and follow-ups.
Coordination and Follow-Up:
Communicate with clients, government agencies, or private organizations for clarifications and updates.
Handle post-tender activities, including agreements, contracts, and order execution.
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization in tendering processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tender management, especially on GeM and other portals.
Strong knowledge of government and private sector tender processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender portals (GeM, NIC, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in vendor management and compliance documentation.
Knowledge of e-procurement systems and contract management.
Familiarity with taxation and financial documents (GST, EMD, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
