**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages, plus an interest in learning other coding languages and skills as needed
- 5+ years of Hands-on Production Support/Engineering experience with:

- Experience with public cloud technologies like AWS
- Mainframe Technologies Experience with JCL, VSAM, Cobol, etc.
- Experience with Batch Scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys
- Experience with Linux platforms and Unix Scripting
- Experience in SQL debugging skills
- Middleware technologies: Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere and/or WebLogic.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.
- Working knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
