Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to assist customers.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:Diagnose and resolve customer issues, technical problems, and complaints.
Collaborate with other teams to find solutions for more complex problems.

Maintain Knowledge Base:Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's knowledge base.

Record Keeping:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using a CRM system.
Generate reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Product Feedback:Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to share with the product development team.
Advocate for customer needs and improvements in products and services.

Customer Retention:Work to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by offering appropriate solutions and demonstrating empathy.
Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience with our company.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure a unified approach in meeting customer needs.
Provide insights and feedback to improve customer-facing processes.

Training and Development:Stay current with industry best practices and undergo training as needed to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and support ticket systems is a plus.
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility in working hours, as this role may require occasional evening or weekend shifts.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
