**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
- Active listening to properly understand the demands of the clients.
- Dealing with International clients.
- Forwarding client’s projects to the Production team.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing regular updates to higher management.
- Handing over the projects to the respective clients after their completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
**Required Qualifications**:
- A graduate level degree in Business Management, will be preferred
- Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
**Key Skills**:
- Exceptional command over English (Written and verbal both)
- Project Management
- Basic industry Knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
