Job Title**:Company Assistant**

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and organize meetings, events, and company activities
- Manage the CEO/MD's calendar and ensure they are aware of upcoming appointments and deadlines
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other documents as required
- Manage the company's filing system and ensure all documents are properly stored and organized
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Company Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
