Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant. The role is located in Bengaluru. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks including assisting with executive administrative duties, managing phone calls, and performing clerical tasks. Day-to-day tasks include supporting office operations, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Excellent Clerical Skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency with office software and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
