**What you will be doing**:

- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

**What you bring**:

- At least 7 - 11 years in experience in Application Support and Production support
- Good experience in SQL
- Good experience in Unix commands and Unix Shell Scripting
- Good Knowledge in web server/app server architecture and Apache Tomcat
- Should be willing to work in Rotational shifts including weekend

**Added Bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge in Splunk would be added advantage.
- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
- Knowledge of financial services industry
