Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues reported by end-users.
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Manage user access and permissions for applications, ensuring compliance and security.
- Develop and maintain application documentation and knowledge base articles for end-user assistance.
- Train new users on application functionalities and best practices.
- Assist in application deployment and updates, coordinating with relevant teams for a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or related roles.
- Strong understanding of application development processes and methodologies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with users and technical teams.
- Experience with ticketing systems and user support documentation.
