Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant within our manufacturing unit, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and support functions. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. You'll work closely with various departments and personnel to provide administrative support, manage documentation, and facilitate communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Documentation Management:

- Maintain and organize various documents, including production reports, purchase orders, invoices, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are accurately filed, updated, and easily accessible for reference.
- Scheduling and Coordination:

- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and production-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
- Communication Facilitation:

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Draft and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements as required.
- Inventory Management:

- Support inventory control efforts by maintaining accurate records of supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Assist in procurement activities by generating purchase requisitions and tracking orders.
- Quality Check
- you will also oversee quality checks, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures to maintain product excellence.
- Your attention to detail and meticulous approach will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to quality assurance within the manufacturing unit.
- Data Entry and Reporting:

- Input data into relevant databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, production metrics, and inventory levels as directed.
- Office Support:

- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing mail, and organizing office supplies.
- Assist with the organization of company events, meetings, and employee engagements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus.

Work Environment:
You'll be working in a dynamic manufacturing environment where teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail are paramount. This role offers the opportunity to interact with various departments and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations through effective administrative support.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
