Job Description: Accounts, Purchase, and Inventory Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable. Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle bank reconciliations. Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.

2. Purchase: Source and procure raw materials, components, and other supplies. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Maintain purchase records and supplier relationships.

3. Inventory: Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory for production. Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with production to forecast material requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, supply chain management, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in accounts, procurement, or inventory roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
