**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Front Office Management
- Greet and receive clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Office Administration
- Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and other requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations including internet connectivity, utility payments, and local bills.
- Monitor staff punctuality and basic office discipline.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and service providers.
- Documentation & Communication
- Maintain basic records and ensure timely follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in front office/reception or office administration.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)**.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, approachable, and proactive attitude.
