We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts, closing leads, and acquiring franchise clients for existing restaurants in our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Closing: Identify, qualify, and close leads for hospitality clients, including restaurant owners and operators.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored consultancy solutions.
- Franchise Development: Drive the acquisition of franchise clients for existing restaurants in the organization, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the F&B sector.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and consultancy teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, franchise models, and hospitality consultancy services.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Networking: Strong network within the F&B and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
