- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring clear and accurate descriptions of roles and requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are welcomed and set up for success within the organization.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to make the best hiring decisions.

- Skills:

- Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process in B2B sector.
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, sales, and support positions in a B2B sector.
- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment trends.
- Hands on experience with HRMS/ATS Software
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Technical Skill:

- Advance excel
- EDUCATION:

- Proven working experience of 2+ years as Talent Acquisition Executive/Recruiter (minimum 1+ year in B2B sector).
- MBA-HR or similar specialisations.
