The Role

The Talent Acquisition function at Thornton Tomasetti is a key partner to our business. We focus on utilizing leading industry technology to attract top talent to our global office.

For local recruiting requirements, you will be a key business partner, managing the full cycle recruiting process and advising local management on market trends and best practices in line with our global Talent Acquisition objectives.

The Responsibilities- Manage and execute recruitment sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of diverse talent for specialized critical/difficult to fill positions.- Works closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top diverse talent.- Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.-
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Requirements-
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms (LinkedIn) and crafting Boolean search strings).- Familiarity with Workday recruiting.- Ability to work within international time zones.- Strong team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Fluent English, reading, and writing.
