**Key Accountabilities include**:

- Direct pro-active sourcing via databases, job boards, social media and market mapping activities.
- Maintain the recruitment system to accurately reflect the status of all selection activity.

**What you will bring**:

- **Tools & Techniques**: Uses creative and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage talent (Linkedin, Boolean, SeekOut, Events, Social Media, Network, Google Xray)
- **Organised**: Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
