**Job Title: Talent Sourcer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Utilize various sourcing techniques and job portals(e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn, networking, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.

2. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

7. Continuously explore and implement innovative sourcing techniques and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sourcing process.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri and other online platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
