Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Engage in talent mapping and market research to support long-term recruitment strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment

Knowledge & Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience sourcing for technical roles or in a specific industry (e.g., Tech, Healthcare, Finance)
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles and priorities
- Strong analytical and research skills

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
